Kickin' Corn

---

• 4 Ears of Corn
• 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
• 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
• 1 Tsp Cayenne pepper
• 1 TspSalt
• 1 Tsp Pepper
• 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 Tsp Onion Powder
• 1 Tbs Freshly Chopped Parsley

Butter Sauce:

• Combine Melted Butter, Smoke Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Onion  Powder in a small bowl and stir until combined.

On the Grill:

• Prepare your grill for medium heat, gas or charcoal.
• Separate 1 sheet of aluminum foil for each ear of corn
• Place corn in center of aluminum foil
• Drizzle the butter sauce over the top
• Tightly wrap each ear of corn in the aluminum foil
• Cook on the grill for 15 - 20 minutes or until corn is tender  

In the Oven:

• Preheat oven to 325(f) degrees
•  Separate 1 sheet of aluminum foil for each ear of corn
• Place corn in center of aluminum foil
• Drizzle the butter sauce over the top
• Tightly wrap each ear of corn in the aluminum foil
• Cook in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until corn is tender 

• Sprinkle the Shredded Cheddar Cheese and Freshly Chopped Parsley over the top and serve!
